How long it take for an order to arrive?

Items will be shipped as soon as possible, but not later than within 5 business day on payment received. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors (for example holidays). Tracking information states my package is delivered, but I haven’t received it?

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this issue with your local post office. Megashopz does not hold responsibility for packages that states to be delivered.

I did a mistake in shipping address, can it be recalled?

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect information provided by customer. When package is sent out, we are not able to call it back or cancel the order anymore. To ensure that your package is properly delivered & you receive shipment on time, please make sure your address is fully entered & correct. Use correct abbreviations & have spaces inserted properly.

Why there are no updates in my tracking log already 6 days?

It usually takes 7-10 days (or more on holiday period) for packet to go through cross border facilities. Just wait patiently, everything is on track.
